Prices:
In an effort to offer the lowest possible counter prices, our costs
are subject to constant review and revision. We do not rely on
artificially high list prices! For that reason, prices in this
special offer are good only through the expiration date. Sale prices
will be honoured through the printed expiration date. Prices on some
items are limited to stock on hand. We are not responsible for
printed errors in pricing and reserve the right to correct such
errors.
Shipping
The estimated delivery cost given to you in the checkout process
does not take into account the volumetric limitations of the
despatch methods available. Also some combination of parts ( i.e.
heavy with fragile) may require shipping in two separate packages to
avoid parts being damaged in transit. Because of this P&L Minis
reserve the right to contact you with a more accurate quote for
delivery once the items have been packed.

only, if goods get damage we can not claim off OUR CARRIER, every
effort is made to pack securely but shipping is down to purchases

GOODS DELIVERED BY CARRIER MUST BE INSPECTED BEFORE SIGNING , IF

Domestic: By the least expensive way, usually BUSINESS-POST unless
otherwise specified. All shipping costs are paid by the customer.
International: By the least expensive way, usually UPS or Gefco all
duties on goods paid by customer
For parcels to Europe we use GEFCO road service & Business-post 3-5
days
Core Charges: Some rebuilt items require exchange units. To receive
core refund, return serviceable core along with copy of your
invoice. Shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
Payment: We accept various means of payment: VISA, MasterCard, solo,
switch, debit cards, bank transfer, cheques which take 7 working
days to clear, Returned checks will be subject to a £15.00 service
charge.
Warranty: All parts are warranted against defects in material and
workmanship. Warranty will not cover labour, failure of related
components, failure from faulty installation or misuse, nor will
liability exceed the cost of the original component. With all
claims, a copy of the original purchase invoice must be provided.
Satisfaction Guaranteed: All sales are guaranteed to satisfy your
expectations or the product may be returned for credit within 7 days
(Shipping charges NOT refundable unless product is defective). A 25%
restocking fee will be charged for returns after 7 days. No returns
of special orders, books, videos or electrical components.
P&L Minis Return Policy
We at p&l minis value our customer's satisfaction. We understand
that sometimes the part you ordered may not always be right. We
would like to make the return process as painless as possible.
Please follow the instructions below to ensure a speedy return.
1. Call p&l to get a Return Authorization Number. If possible, speak
with the Salesperson you placed your original order with.
2. Include a copy of the original invoice with the box. Please write
a brief explanation of why the item is being returned and include
the returns number on the invoice. Also include a note requiring any
action needed (i.e., wrong part, wrong colour, defective, etc.).
3. All merchandise is accepted for return except, ELECTRICAL
COMPONENTS, BEARINGS, VIDEOS and BOOKS.
4. All items being returned must be sent in a safe manner. Credit
will not be given for merchandise damages on the way back to us or
goods not received, Packages must be sent pre-paid to : p&l minis 34

CARRIER returns will be issued. p&l minis will reimburse shipping
costs to the customer when appropriate.
5. Returns must be received within 7 days of purchase. Items
received after this time will be charged a 25% re-stocking fee.
Items received without a copy of an invoice and/or return note
number will also be charged a 25% re-stocking fee.
6. if new parts have been used no credit will be issued
7. Defective parts will be exchanged only upon inspection by our
technicians.
8. p&l minis will not except returns on "Special Order" items.
9. All parts returned should be unused, uninstalled and re-sellable
as in new condition, excluding used parts.
If you need to place an order at the same time as a return, we
recommend you phone your order in for the quickest service. You can
add your order with your return.

P&L Minis Terms and Conditions
1 BASIS FOR SALE
1.1 Nothing contained in the catalogue constitutes an offer and p&l
minis reserves the right to withdraw or revise the catalogue and any
other material at anytime prior to their acceptance of the buyer's
order.
1.2 No material or information of any nature whatsoever contained in
the catalogue or otherwise communicated to the buyer, other than
these conditions shall form part of the conditions governing the
contract.
1.3 p&l minis shall not be liable for advice given by employees or
agents to the buyer as to the application or use of goods unless p&l
minis confirms such advice in writing.
2 RETURN OF GOODS
2.1 p&l minis will give a full refund except carriage on parts
returned to us with in 14 days of delivery of goods to the buyer,
subject to the following conditions.
2.1.1 Goods are returned in the condition/packaging they were sold
in and are not damaged in any way.
2.1.2 The goods were not specially ordered by p&l minis on the
customers behalf.
2.1.3 The goods have not been fitted or tampered with.
2.1.4 All carriage costs relating to returned products are to be
borne by the customer.
3 LIABILITY
3.1 Subject to the conditions set out below p&l minis warranty that
the goods will correspond with manufactures specification or, if
there is no such specification then the goods will be within normal
limits of industry quality, at the time of delivery and will be free
from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 12 months
from the date of delivery of the goods to the buyer.
3.2 Chrome goods and diamond cut edge wheels are subject to warranty
3.1, except for a limited period of 6 months from the date of
delivery of goods to the buyer.
3.2.1 Arising from fair wear, tear, neglect, failure to follow
manufactures instructions, misuse or improper alteration or repair
of the goods, or
3.2.2 If the total price for the goods has not been paid by the due
date for payment.
3.3 The warranty in 3.1 in respect of which the buyer shall only be
entitled to the benefit of any warranty or guarantee given by the
manufacturer to p&l minis which we will in so far as possible,
assign to the buyer upon the written request of the buyer.
3.4 Where any valid claim in respect of any of the goods which is
based on a breach of the warranty in the condition 3.1 notified to
p&l minis within the warranty period set out in condition 3.1, p&l
minis shall not be entitled to replace the goods (or the part in
question) free of charge or, at p&l discretion, refund to the buyer
the price of the goods (or a proportionate part of the price).
4 EXEMPTION
4.1 Except as expressly provided for in this contract and subject to
the requirements of the Unfair Contract Term Acts 1977,p&l minis
makes no warranties whatsoever expressed or implied, oral or written
to the buyer for:
4.1.2 Consequential or indirect loss or damage (including loss of
profit), however arising;
4.1.3 Sums in excess of the price of the goods, to which the claim
relates,
4.1.4 any labour changes incurred by the buyer relating to the
removal and refitting of the original goods or replacement goods, or
4.1.5 Any Competition parts once they have been fitted.
4.1.5.2 Completion parts are warranted to be free from manufacturing
defects and workmanship at the point of sale should therefore be
carefully inspected before fitting.
4.2 Competition parts being defined as those parts which change the
performance of the standard Rover production part.
5 THE CATALOGUE
5.1 p&l minis is the owner of the copyright in the catalogue and no
part of the catalogue may be reproduced in material form (including
without limitation, photocopying or storing it in any medium by
electronic means) without the written consent and permission of Paul
Halpine and p&l minis
5.2 All information, details and illustrations in the catalogue have
been carefully prepared to avoid error but the accuracy of such
information is not warranted and such information, details and
illustrations, do not form part of this contract. The seller shall
not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from any errors,
omissions or typographical errors in the catalogue.
5.3 All pictures are for reference purposes only unless specifically
stated,
6 SEVERANCE
6.1 If any provision of these conditions or any part thereof is held
by any competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable in whole
or in part the validity of the other provisions of these terms and
conditions and the remainder of the provision in question shall not
be affected thereby.
The contract will be construed in accordance with the governed by
the laws of England and each party agrees to submit to the
jurisdiction of the courts of England.
